Additional Return Terms & Conditions

  • New books must be returned in new condition or they will be refunded at used price.
  • Books that are packaged with items such as workbooks, online access codes, or CDs must be unused and returned with all components.
  • Course packs, lab manuals, and online access codes must be unused.
  • Any books returned after the published deadlines will be refunded at the current buyback price.
  • CourseSmart e-books are returnable only for unaccessed online versions (not downloads) during the UBS 100% refund deadline.
